Happy birthday to me. I am 23 today. I'd like to start by going after a problem I have...... Mid cheek volume loss............ I good deal is gone too...This last year I have lost probably two years worth due to awful sleep patterns.....
A decent amount of subcutaneous fat loss is my problem............ However, I feel that part of my problem is possibly the lengthening or atrophy of certain facial muscles.............partly due to just not much facial expression over the year (that I forced to do when I started noticing the beginnings of nasolabial folds, so I said, ok whenever I don't need to, do not be expressive) This probably lead to some facial muscle atrophy... But even if it did not, I'd like to fill out HOPEFULLY the areas of my face that are pretty gaunt in the photos I will provide here......... For good measure, In these photos where I have super short hair, I am 22 and a half on the dot............ Meaning they were from half a year ago, so the gauntness seems to me to be slightly worse by now, a half year later.....
What can I expect from facial excercises (especially at my age?) Would they be able to fill in these gaunt areas or, based on facial musclular anatomy, wouldn't even be in the correct locations of my face to do even that?
Has anyone else ever had a problem and similar amount of facial volume loss (or more) than me and IF so, how much did facial exercise help (maybe a little or a decent bit?..... or at least enough some people noticed.........)
What age are you and were your concerns similar to mine?
Lastly, Iam sure complete reversal of this is unlikely, but I would like to shave off a few of the extra years I seem to look, as when light hits from the side or I am under fluorescent lights, there is VERY apparent volume loss.....making me look years older.......... sucks
