| My Derm recommended I start using a product with this ingredient. It is transforming growth factor. He recommended I check out either Jan Marnini, Obagi or Skin Ceuticals. I had never heard of this before and decided to ask on this forum because of the knowledgeable members. Thanks for any info! |

Skinactives makes an EGF that you can add to any cream. I don't know what the difference is between EGF versus TGF but it sounds like they are both growth factors. Here's a description of EGF from Skinactives website and the link to their product:

I have used Jan Marini Transforming cream and although I liked it, I don't remember seeing anything that was earth shattering or that made me purchase it again. I have bought two of her cleansers and the vitamin c serum multiple times although I am not currently using any of her products. Please do post back your review of the cream once you've used it. |
