has anyone else had trouble getting their order? I was charged and never received anything? :mad: |

Nope. From personal experience and other people's recommendations, the service at EDS is excellent. My parcel took exactly 5 working days to get from Canada to Australia.
Depending on where you live and also how busy the post office is (Father's day is coming up so it might be a tad more busy than usual) it might take longer. I think getting from Canada to Australia in 5 working days is exceptional; usually I would get worried if it didn't arrive in 10 business days from Canada. If you've waited long enough though and there's no parcel why not email Magda and let her know?
