Should i start doing some? Ive lost a tiny amount of weight which i think contributed to thinner skin on my face. Starting to get fine lines. Would it be beneficial for me to start facial exercises? I think id want something very simple i dont want to be rough on my skin! Not until i feel it really needs it!
Although i ask about facial exercises i do have a skincare device that has microcurrent i thnk its similar to the nuface device. It also does other stuff like ultrasonic and can be used to exfoliate etc which is what i intended it for to begin with but my face cannot tolerate it!
So anyway would microcurrent be a better idea in the long run even if i just give my face a little zap with it a few times a week. What do you think? Im 25 and just started noticing changes to my skin this past year or so. Thanks! |
