Due to a number of health issues which I am finally rid of, I haven't been to EDS in quite a while but I am back now and hope to be of help to forum members again.
I have always been passionate about Valmont and Cellcosmet products and haven't been able to use them for a while but I am just wondering if anyone has new favourites from either of these brands as I intend to start using them again.

Welcome back!!!

I have not been on here that often also.

I was a major fan of Cellcomet and I still do, but my skin changed a lot and I needed some serious help, so I switched to ZO Skin Health.

If I were to buy anything again from Cellcosmet, I would get the moisturizer and the cream cleanser. Maybe I would include the exfoliating scrub because the scent is so luxurious!

Thanks so much for the welcome and suggestions.
I am in the same boat in that I was not able to take much care of my skin but now I really want to do something about it.
I was so excited to get back on EDS again but I seemed to start out on the wrong foot and was seriously considering going elsewhere. EDS has such a great range of products and wonderful service so I really wanted to support them again.
My dear husband told me to treat myself. Well, who doesn't like that sort of invitation so initially, I am going for the Ultra Eye Complex and Eye Contour Gel to pamper my eyes a bit, the Purifying Cleanser and as the ultimate treat, the CellLift Serum.
I really don't think my skin could handle anything drastic at the moment and I am at the age where I have had to become comfortable with how I look and I just simply want to use some products that make me fell like a million dollars.

I have stopped using eye creams and my favorite is from Cellcosmet. I started getting milia and I managed to remove one of them, but the other, was difficult that I had to go see a professional to get it removed. It was a very stubborn one.

I am so dehydrated and I am trying hard to drink more. I have normal to dry skin now. I wouldn't say that I have slacked off with skin care, it was simply going through a faze and part of it was going off the BCP. During my time off, I was struggling to find reliable, reasonable price of sun protection. Ever since Sophia was discontinued, it was difficult to find something that good.

I don't want to sound negative, but I think Cellcosmet price increase was a wrong move. As far as I was able to research and I can't find this brand to be as popular as I believed it was. There is no doubt that this brand is absolutely beautiful, but I've also learned from Dr. Obagi that moisturizing make the skin go weak. I have stopped and discovered my body can produce the correct about of moisture on it's own. Retinol, peptides and vitamin C always proven to me that it made a major positive difference when in comes to skin care.

I think the rest come from laser treatments, which I did get.

Having a jar of Ultra Vital for those times when you do need moisture is an excellent product!

No advise on Cellcosmet or Valmont products.

Bushy, I do hope you stay on EDS.

I used to get milia from eye creams and since I changed to only using a very small amount of a gel or serum, I have never had the milia back and it gradually disappeared.
I don't know why Cellcosmet had such a large price increase. It almost seems like they were trying to reduce their market for some reason as the price increase would have lost them many customers and deterred a number of new ones.
This is really a special treat for me as I have not spent much on skincare or even clothes for that matter for a couple of years. If I get the skin boost that I am hoping for, I will probably continue with the light Ultra Vital as I can use it both day and night. But I will have to think about that as I think you are correct about moisturisers. I mostly only use a serum or gel type product on my face as I found most moisturisers did not suit and from what you have said, I now understand why. But I am thinking the light Ultra Vital will be OK.
I think I vaguely remember ZO being sold on EDS quite some time ago but I could be wrong because I think I may have tried it at one stage before they started to regulate where and how it was being sold. I also could be very wrong about this but I think the woman who was originally touting ZO then went to work for Lifeline.
I just had a quick look at my order history and I did buy ZO back in 2008 and 2009. Love EDS when they still have all my order history.

The Lifeline I know is Lifeline Skincare which is sold by EDS. I was a real believer in this skincare line and did use it for quite a while, certainly long enough to see what it could do. Unfortunately during the long period I was unwell, I also had a lot of time to think. While I do think this line improved my skin condition, I am not so certain that it was from their signature ingredient. If stem cells in skincare really work, then they should do a lot more than what I saw. The products have some other ingredients which also could have given some results. I still have an open mind on it because of the list of what could be termed active ingredients apart from the stem cells.

Has anyone used Cellcosmet ultra cell treatment? I'm thinking of using an intensive treatment but have no idea which brand will do me good.

I have but that was a few years ago. I used them after I did the mask. It was good but I didn't notice any long term changes.

Bushy, Cellcosmet cleanser, moisturizer (Ultra Vital) to be used occasionally, the facial scrub and mask are all great. Valmont mask is great also.

Cellcosmet does not offer retinol, vitamin c, peptides and sun protection, so to me, this brand is only good for moisturizing that nobody should use on regular basis because it does weaken the skin and I am trying to avoid sagging skin as much as possible.

Hello Bushy...I do remember you from years gone by. I have always had to be careful with skin products. I have extremely sensitive skin and it easily gets irritated from all kinds of serums, Vitamin C, peptides, retinol etc. For me keeping a well moisturized skin to heal and protect it from environment etc. is a must. I have been using Creme de la Mer for well over 10 years now and it is my staple moisturizer. As for Valmont products I am still using l'Elixir Des Glaciers Vos Yeux as my staple eye cream and I find it to be the best. I have tried other eye creams but always come back to this pricey Valmont product. I've learnt to just keep with it. It is expensive but a little goes a very long way.

It is nice to see you back on EDS.

Thanks for all advice and suggestions. I think my days of trial and error are over and that is why I am returning to what I believe will make me happy to use and will be good for my skin. My two loves are Cellcosmet and Valmont. I will probably end up using a mix of both and the reason I went initially for the CellLift serum as it can be used alone which really means less is best or less is more, whatever fits.

I only used samples of this and it was some time ago but the Factor II and Factor III were both excellent products. At the time I ended up getting L'Elixir Eye Cream. I was really in two minds with my current order as to whether to go with Cellcosmet Eye or the Valmont Factor III but ordered the Cellcosmet Eye which I thought would match the Cellcosmet serum that I really wanted. The Factor III is definitely on my to do list.

Thanks bushy for your valuable comment! Have you started to use Cellcosmet Eye yet? May you comment on it as well? As I found many good comment on it too. Thanks a lot.

Hi Bushy

Long time. I still have not found anything to equal Valmont. I'm back here, in fact, to see how everyone's doing with Lifeline. Valmont is so expensive, so Lifeline is a bit more affordable for me. But - I've read my own postings from 2012 or so, and I didn't see anything for the 3 months I used it.

You are right about Valmont although I think Cellcosmet is almost as good and I am going to stick with both of them but just use slightly smaller amounts. I tend to slather things on a bit.

I do wish that Cellcosmet had a sunscreen product. I note that Valmont has a product called Sun Cellular Solution in an emulsion and a cream. Has anyone tried this product?

No, I have not tried the Cellcosmet Eye Contour Cream. It may be ok but I have usually found eye creams to be just a bit heavy around my eyes as I tend to go puffy easily. I have just started using the Cellcosmet Ultra Eye Complex (night) and Eye Contour Gel (morning) and will do a review in a couple of weeks. I do have a sample of the eye cream and will try it a bit later.
