I've recently purchased Prevage's new sunscreen. Its physical (titanium dioxide and zinc combo) but unfortunately there are no percentages of these actives. Antioxidant blend of idebenone, green tea and ferulic acid which is a nice combo. It would be nice if they were higher up on the ingredient list.

The cosmetic finish is quite nice but a little problematic around the eye area. The fluid itself is moisturizing and dries matte but it does leave a slightly rubbery film on top. I think this is due to the silicones and ceramides that Prevage uses for its 'anti-pollutant' effect of inoculating the skin. This sounds great in theory but I did notice that it accentuated the fine lines around my eyes.

It's quite pricey at £55 (GBP) and I do prefer Topix Replenix's SPF 50.

Ingredients:

Cyclopentasiloxane, Water/Aqua/Eau, Isododecane, Dimethicone, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Isopropyl Myristate, Pentylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Caprylyl Methicone, Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Acrylates/Polytrimethylsiloxymethacrylate Copolymer, Glycerin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Stearic Acid, Peg-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Carnosine, Acrylates/Ethylhexyl Acrylate/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer, Arabidopsis Thaliana Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Disodium Edta, Ergothioneine, Ferulic Acid, Hydrogen Dimethicone, Hydroxydecyl Ubiquinoyl Dipalmitoyl Glycerate, Lecithin, Mica, Micrococcus Lysate, Parfum/Fragrance, Peg/Ppg-18/18 Dimethicone, Plankton Extract, Sodium Pca, Tin Oxide, TocopherylAcetate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Linalool, Chlorphenesin, Phenoxyethanol, Iron Oxides (Ci 77491, Ci 77492, Ci 77499), Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891).

This brand never worked for me. Maybe its all the silicones but it made my skin worse.

Hi Jamielondon, would you consider repurchasing this again after your first bottle?
