I have not been active for years now but I miss this community!
I am about to turn 40 soon, and I remember when i joined EDS when I was 25! I learned so much back then and need to give credit to the ladies and gents from EDS for being able to keep my skin in great condition.
Hello to everyone |

I'm still here! Yes, I learned so much I cannot even begin to list! Still learning! The forum has been a valuable tool. I miss all the old-timers haha, back before all troll posters, fighting, and subsequent loss of some of my favorites here. |

Hi!!!!
I am so glad to see you and your response on the other one. The forum is so quiet now, so different from years ago. I so miss it here. |

So do I! Thanks for the post, good to read your posts.
I have nearly quit a few times when the sniping got too much. I feel I haven't really learned anything lately but I keep hoping!
The post trollers really are the most frustrating, they bring nothing to the forums. I wish the moderators would have gotten control before it got out of hand

LOL. I remember. Was it the middle aged mean girls?? That was someone's characterization and it made me laugh! Maybe more of the old timers will come back. I tried going on the reddit skin subforms but the people there don't seem to know very much, I just can't... |

Yes! You remember them too! It got out of hand. And then the post runners, who still do it. Ugh, so frustrating.
I keep touch on a private face group page with some of the other older ones from the forum. I pick up a tip or two so that's nice. |

This forum has always been such a great source of information. I always search here for reviews before I try any product. I don't post much, but I've been a lurker for years. |

I miss the old days and the big family.
I have learned a lot of valuable info here.
I still remember the reason why a couple of members opened a group in Facebook and invited EDS members to join the discussion there. |

Yes, I am a member there. Still learning about new products but without the arguing and the nonsense posts to boost numbers. That's what bothers me the most. I feel like those really got out of hand and enough isn't done to discourage that. |

What is the name of the group on Facebook? |

It is a very small private group called Skin & Beauty Hacks.
All beauty.
If it ever starts getting political I'll be out. There is enough of that crap on my facebook feed as it is. |

I haven’t been here in years but posted a lot 10 years ago when I got my first facelift age 60. I recall it can be a lot of fun here. |

I’ve been away for years. I logged in tonight to check info on Red Light Contour Masks. I’m still a skincare junkie. Nice to see some of past members.

Yes, I'm still here!
I just came back after a long hiatus. I had to stop coming here because the forum got too irritating with that group of "middle-aged Mean girls".
Glad to see it's back to it's friendly, helpful group again! |

I stopped by for the first time in years today, looking for some sunscreen advice. Didn't find any, but saw this thread. I hope I wasn't one of the middle aged mean girls!! Well, I wouldn't have qualified as middle aged--maybe late middle aged--back then. Now I'm just plain old. |
