Tretinoin, with 12% Uric acid

Hi guys,

I’ve got this Tretinoin creme from Germany. It has 0,03% Tretinoin, but also 12% Uric acid. It’s called Louis Widmer Keratosis + Tretinoin Cream. There are apparently no other Tretinoin Cremes available here.

Is this a good option for Anti-aging? It also has a lot of paraffin.

Here are the ingredients:

Arlacel 582, low viscosity Paraffin, Decyloleat, Adipin acid di-n-butylester, Paraffin Wax hydrotreated, Abil EM 90, Butylhydroxyanisol, Butylhydroxytoluol, Protegin, Isopropylmyristat, Macrogol-Sorbit, Propylenglycol, 1,3-Butylenglykol, Sorbitsolution 70%, Phenoxylethanol, Magnesiumsulfate-Heptahydrat, Citric acid-Monohydrate purified water.
