Hello everyone,
I ended up with a lot of stretchmarks after the birth of my first child. I used a lot of Shea Butter morning and night during my pregnancy but still ended up with the stretchmarks. Any recommendations on what products I could use to help make them go away?
Thanks! |

In the past, lasers of various sorts have been the most efficacious. More recently, microneedling has been shown to be just as effective as laser (and much safer, especially in darker skin types).

We have had excellent results using a combined approach using AnteAge microneedling solution (a pure solution of stem cell GF's plus HA) in conjunction with microneedling either in the clinic or using a home dermaroller. |

I've been using the "Derminator" along with scar silicone sheets which I got online. I think I'm going to move up to Retinol Body Lotion/Creams next. I've had the most success with the scar sheets though, easy to use and just sleep with them on. Oh, I also use my PMD Microdermabrasion and that helps too. (I'm a mom of twins, so stretchmarks were bad with them.) |

Thank you for the tips.
Does either of the laser or microneedling painful like when doing laser hair removal? or less/worse? How long or many treatments would it take before you notice results?
Never heard of the silicone sheets. Will google more info on that. I like simple and convenient ways to get rid of them. Did it take long before you noticed results?
Thank you! |
