One day while wondering how others on Amazon are purporting to receive free product in exchange for their "honest review", I came across a free trial of skin care product online.
I wish I'd done some due diligence on this company, as I bought into paying for these 3 samples (postage fee of about $9) and did not see - I was looking- for the fine print. Which is if you do not cancel or return the products within X days your CC gets charged almost 400.00 and it continues with an autoship monthly!
The company which charged me is based in Shanghai China and the shipping looks to come from Israel or Czech. Looking at other forums, the products have different names and the scam or free trials look to be widespread.
A link if anyone is interested:

To make a long story short, I called the Canadian "reP and got 60.00 x 2 (120.00) back and kept the product. While the skin care items feel good on the skin and appear good, this type of business strategy is wrong, wrong, wrong. Don't make my mistake! |
