Hello Due to family circumstances I took a break for a few years from any skincare DIY and also from this forum.
When I found out I was pregnant, I stopped using my prescription tretinoin and decided not to use the newly purchased Derma-Jet until later.
Fast forward a couple of years. I'm done nursing the baby, Yay!!!! So again, I pre treated with Tretinoin in preparation for a first time go with Derma-Jet.
You guys, this is soooo disappointing!!!!!! I have no words......
Yes, of course, if I would have stayed in touch with the forum I would have known these machines were just hyped up flukes!!!
Right away I went to Vaughter Wellness owndoc store and find out that Derma-Jets have been pulled for the same issues. So it's not just my unit, but a common problem
Aghhh!!! I'm just so upset.... sorry this is a long rant.
Having spent so much money on the Derma-Jet which proved to be a fluke, I'm not ready to go spend more at owndoc for the Derminator. |

Have you attempted to contact Sarah V? If not, let her know you situation. I'm not sure if she offered refunds for these maybe she will discount the derminator for you.
It's worth a try you don't know until you try. |

What is disappointing? You write a lot but don’t actually go into detail? Many have used Derma Jet with success so maybe it’s the way you are using it and how regularly etc. Sarah has always been helpful to others I’ve sent her way and so I’m sure would be happy to help you out with your routine and why perhaps results aren’t showing for you. Especially if you paid a lot of money.

Hello Caroline P. I'm new to posting, but I've been researching on this forum for months, and this is where I learned about the Derminator. Prior to this, I had a 0.5mm Dermaroller which was just ok, but once I purchased my Derminator and started using it, it was like upgrading from a Chevrolet to a Rolls Royce. Yes, it's more painful than the Dermaroller, but that's because it actually needles all the way down to the set depth, which is hard to do when manually rolling. It's a solidly built piece of equipment and I highly recommend it. |

I just caved and bought the Derminator, I have a derma pen but I like the digital features of this item. |
