OK so I have doing facial exercises and I've learned a lot about my face.what I've realized is when I do "cheek" muscle work,(which is what I really need) my right cheek (which has atrophied and is smaller) doesn't activate completely on it's own. My corrugator and or the procerus gets involved (Just on that side). So of course my "11" is bigger on that side, and my cheek is skinnier/ more saggy on that side. So as much as I try to focus on the cheek muscle working, or pressing against the corrugator muscle/procerus, it steps in. Is it worthwhile to continue the face exercises?? and how can I get that cheek muscle activated, not just the cheek, but the muscles above the lip on that side don't move?? THanks so much, i Know it would help my appearance if I could get this under control? |
