Skincentical C-serum does to lighten the skin.
You may try a natural method by mixing up the following to form a mask:
- egg white (firming & tighten)
- few drops of fresh lemon juice (whiten)
- honey (add moisture) |

Hi jumpingball. Can you say how long you have been using this and specifically what it has improved for you? I'm using it too and am still uncertain about it, but have only been using it for a couple of weeks. |

Hi, Catski!
I have been using it for a few weeks, and I definitely see the lightening effect. My skin tone became more even, and I had to go half shade lighter with my foundation. I'm usually very skeptical when I start using something because most of the products that get raves don't work for me. In this case, I was really surprised to see an improvement after 2 weeks of starting using this serum. |

Vitamin C serums brighten and even the complexion. I am currently testing Candessence's Triple C Serum (so far I like this one a lot). Also, remember to use a high SPF/PPD sunscreen everyday, even on overcast days. |

Lisey, what do you think of it? I started this about 3 weeks ago (whenever I got the shipment in). I have not seen results yet, but I'm trying to lighten my sun spots, so it may take longer. |

I have been using niacinamide and n-acetyl glucosamine mixed into my DIY cream. Both are said to help with brightening, and I believe I am seeing results. SAS sells a skin brightening cream with white licorice, kojic acid, antioxidants, and melanin inhibitors. It's sounds good, but I haven't tried it. |

But it will order PSF 15% C Serum after I finish Cellular Rx C.
Do you use them all?
Have you any recommend? |

Hi Litz
I had great success with Meladerm when my hyperpigmentation and pigmentation was severe. Really helped alot. Helped get it to a point where I can cover it up with makeup but then it stopped working so now I do TCA, Copper peps, retin a and emu oil combo - works great. |

I've used the whole line of whitening stuff from Clarins last summer. I didn't see any effect at all! The serum felt good but that's it. I hate the the day lotino with spf and also the night cream -- they are both greasy and impossible to be absorb to my skin.
I started using White Lucent line from Shiseido a week ago. So far so good. Will keep you guys posted. |

Hi Cherisse! I was using it for a week until I broke out everywhere.. I'm not sure what's in it that caused me to breakout, plus I have VERY sensitive skin. I'm not sure if I got any lightening effect. I also had an age spot.. I did TCA cross on it and now it's gone. |

Lisa, I heard about TCA cross but somehow it sounds so scary like it's so hard to use. Is it? How technical is it? I think it's the name that sounds scary to me. I didn't know cross what??? If you don't mind, would you please share how YOU use this? (Where did you buy yours from?)
TIA! |
