I performed my first 12.5% TCA. Only one layer and left on just about 5 min. Neutralized and then washed face. I had no burning while the peel was on my face. It has now been 4 hours and my cheeks are on fire. Likelihood of damage? Anything I can do at this point? Am I needless worrying. I had no frosting and just one layer. Experienced peelers I could use your advice and/or reassurances. Thank you. |

Are you doing any better? I have done several of these at the 30% level and 2 coatings with no issues and I peeled at 2 days. There is a lotion at MUAC that is recommended for putting on after a peel as you shouldn't use moisturizer because you want to peel. TCA peel is much different that a glycolic peel, it is more stingy for sure. Nothing gave me such great results though. |

I suggest that you visit your dermatologist ASAP. It's just hard to risk it could be chemical burn.. |
