I have brown spots due to sun damage on my face.I have been using Retin A 0.25% for almost a year and I don't see any difference. Do I need to add something else?
I am in my mid-50s, fair skin and always use sunscreen.
Thanks |

After that time period maybe it is time to move onto laser or micro needle treatments. How about vitamin C? |

I tend to agree with bugaboo.
IPL 3-4 treatments should really help make them much less noticeable.
Use Vit C after course of the treamtments. Try Martiderm Photo Age (how appropriate!)
With IPL, the darker the pigments the better the results. Or more specifically, the more contrast between the darkness of the spots and your natural skin colour, the more effective. So don't try anything to lighten them at this stage, get the IPL first. |

Should go to the dermatology department of the hospital, the hospital can give you useful ointment or choose laser treatment are good choices, relying on cosmetics alone is difficult to change the state of the skin. |
