Does anyone have a recipe for a treatment for vaginal dryness? I've just bought Replens, but it is expensive and I'm hoping someone out there will have a suggestion. (I can't use estrogen creams.) |

Research vaginal dhea. You can tablets or suppositories. They do not raise your estrogen levels but discuss with dr obviously. But read up on it first in case they don't know |

Try coconut oil. Effective and edible.
I react very badly to Replens, so have had to get creative.
Jojoba also good. |

Thanks for your replies.
I quit using the Replens because it was causing staining and shredding of my vaginal tissue. It didn't work very well, and I had to keep re-applying it. I was also concerned about the chemicals it contained.
I have been using olive oil and it is working very well. It seems to be absorbed in the tissue, and I now only have to use it once a day. Sure is much cheaper! |
