Hello Ladies,
I am trying to replicate Kassy's recipe as mentioned below.
I do want to leave out Ferulic acid and vodka.
I am not able to find Alpha Lipoic Acid .
I was wondering if I can leave out that or it has an impact on pH and I have to have it in my serum.
What is the substitute for ALA? Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot
Mansi
22% VIT C SERUM (L-AA + THDA)
10% L-AA (water soluble)
7% THDA (oil soluble)
2% Alpha Lipoic Acid (oil soluble)
1% Ferulic Acid (alcohol soluble)
3% Macadamia OR Grapeseed Oil (both have high vitamin E content and are lovely on the skin, without leaving a greasy feel.)
1% Polysorbate 80 (or emulsifier of your choice)
1% Vodka (for dissolving FA only, both can be left out if you choose.)
75% Distilled Water |
