Hi everyone,
My Doc just got his hands on the J Plasma laser and has recommended it to me. I have sensitive skin and err on the red side daily so I have mixed feelings about giving this a try. To be honest, my wrinkles/lines are few (thankfully ) and the treatment would be for collagen stimulation.
I've done a little research about this and it seems to use helium gas. The treatment can be ablative for heavy skin resurfacing or it can treat the "underside" of the skin (?).
Has anyone tried this treatment? If so, what did you have it for and what type of downtime/results did you experience?
Any info and help would be appreciated!
Thank you! |

Ablative laser for redness? Sounds counter productive so please proceed only with caution.
I would recommend Q switch YAG for redness. |

Hi tikiandbabu , Do you know what causes the redness?
If rosacea, there is a wide range of options to explore BEFORE you go onto laser or needling but only after you identified and treat the cause. |
