Good blog link Havana. I have always heard it was a myth.
Dr.Oz took two twins with side by side comparison and the skin on the twin that did not drink the recommended amount of water looked better. |

Ouch!
I personally use an organic moisturizer with hyaluronic acid to prevent this sort of dryness. |
