I started using an old body massager on my face to eliminate the bad BOTOX on my brows. It worked and I've started using it on the rest of my face. I am concerned about its safety. There isn't really anything much online about it and I'm interested in any input.

If its just a vibrating massager, then you need to find out a bit more info about the rate of the massage strokes or vibrations - as I've read different reports that some rates are harmful for the eyes etc. So I think it really depends on the device you have. I had a tua spa which although it felt like a vibration tool was actually using Ultrasonic ‘cavitation’ to remove dirt from my pores... but to me it felt like it was vibrating, and I'm guessing that this may be the same for your body device. However if you are seeing good results for it - then that's the most important thing.

Thanks so much for your response. The body massager is pretty intense and the vibrations are strong. I think I'm going to leave well enough alone and stop using it around my eyes. It got rid of the StarTrec brows and I just don't believe it's worth taking a chance on damaging my eyes. I did read one article about detached retinas from facial treatments which scared me. I think I'm going to continue using it on my throat and jawline, though. I'm on a diet and it seems to help with the lax skin on my jowls.
