Here are some tips to keep you fit and hydrated in summer
1. Drinking water is the best thing you can do. The simplest thing you can do to prevent dehydration is to drink water and keep track of how much you drink throughout the day.
2. Hydrate yourself while you work out.
3. Eat more fruits.
4. Eat lots of Veggies too.
5. Drink coconut water, fruit juices. |

By eating water-rich foods like vegetables, fruits, and yogurt, you'll automatically up your fluid intake. On the other hand, processed snack foods like chips, crackers, and baked goods have minimal water content. |

Drinking plenty of water during summer time is a good option to keep our body hydrated. Consuming watermelon helps to increase the water level in the body and avoid dehydration issues. |

I have trouble drinking water or large amounts of liquid so I have to pace it slowly.
I also just did a Meyer's Cocktail IV, which had Vitamins C, B12, B complex, Magnesium, Zinc, Gluthione and saline.
It was amazing and I will definitely do it again!
I may not need all the jump starters next time, but I will do just the re-hydration with B complex (beginner IV)for sure. |

Drinking water & taking essential fatty acids like Omega 3,6,9 supplement. Adding a slice of fresh fruit or vegetable like cucumber 🥒 or strawberry 🍓 add flavour to water without sugar. I also like to apply a thin layer of body oil in the evening. |

I would freeze blueberries and then just when it was talk to walk in the heat, I would eat them. It may not feel like they are doing much but it helps you out internally. |
