I went crazy with the junk food this week and pretty much over-ate the whole time. This weekend I had a sugar rush and ate lots of chocolate . What can I do tonight that will make me feel not so fat by tomorrow? I don't have time to exercise tonight.
What can I do to flush out all the crap I ate today? |

I agree drink lots of water and detox.
No white refined carbs or sugar just lots of vegies, salad, lean protiens, fish, nuts, seeds etc
Also try some digestive aids with 'friendly' bacteria. |

I would drink green tea and lots of water and wouldn't eat anything at all except fruit and veggies (not even fish or nuts). That would be the easiest on your body and would give it a break it needs to process the bad stuff.
I'm not a vegetarian (even opposed to it) but in extreme cases unloading without proteins helps me. |
