I have been using the Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream for little over 1 week now & I think it has made my dark circles a shade lighter. I feel that it also smoothed out some fine lines   or is this a halo effect? I guess I will ask my friends & see, sometimes my own eyes "see" things that are not there!
The cream is light & cool. Costs around $10. Available in drugstores in the USA. I'm not sure abt. other countries 
I guess this product will be ideal for someone who has "mild" dark circles & doesn't want to strain their pocket/wallet. |

It does not have a fragrance, if anything it smells a little wierd... like medicine. the smell does not last long though.
These are the ingredients:
Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isododecaine, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Dimethyl MEA, Citric Acid, Petrolatum, Ozokerite, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Cety PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Hexyl Laurate, Polysilicone-11, Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Panthenol, Tyrosine, Bisabolol, BHT, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Methylparaben, Propylparaben |
