I have some hyper-pigmentation on my toes and ankles. Is there anything I can use to help these spots? My derm offered hydrocortisone cream and retinol that might help but could end up permanently making the areas too white. Since I'm olive skinned that would make it worse. I need a recommendation that is safer to use? |

I think it's a bit difficult. Maybe you can go to a special skin hospital for treatment, such as laser, which may help you. |
