Hi Everyone,
I'm a long-time lurker - thank you for all the fab info on this forum!
I've tried searching this, but couldn't quite find an answer. I've been doing the Ageless if You Dare exercises for about a month now, and I'm pleased with the results, other than an increased gauntness in my mid-cheeks, which is what I'd like some help with please! I'm not doing The Crush at all because my face is quite thin. I do the Day One and Day Two exercises on consecutive days, then have a day of rest, before doing Day One and Day Two again, and so on. I do the Occasional Exercises once a week, and I massage my face in the suggested 'pinching' way on the days I do the exercises. I'm 42 years old.
I'd be so grateful if anyone could advise me which of the exercises I should stop doing to prevent and reverse the gauntness. I do really like the results, but would like to stop the gauntness. Or is this perhaps just a transitory thing? I have read on this forum that sometimes things can worsen before improving.
I've had great success with Safetox for my forehead over the last few months, so I don't know if that would have any effects here, but I thought I'd better mention it.
Thank you so much if you can help!
PS, if anyone can help me change my username from being my email address, I'd be really grateful! Thanks! |

Not sure if you've seen these, but if you plug this string into google:
gauntness site:essentialdayspa.com/forum
several related threads pop up that look like they might be helpful.
