I've deviated from my usual Gehwol foot cream and have branched out into the Ahava world
This is actually quite a nice cream and I feel it's much more moisturising than my Gehwol one. I've used this for a week mostly at night but also in the morning a few times. It's great at night but I prefer to use the Gehwol during the day. The Ahava cream is quite thick and moisturising, and I don't like the feeling of super moisturised feet in socks in shoes.... When your feet sweat a little it kinda feels weird. So the Gehwol is much better for day because it doesn't really feel like you have moisturiser on your feet. Plus the Gehwol creams/balms tend to be quite refreshing and have herbs that prevent smelly/itchy feet
So for me, Ahava (at night) + Gehwol (in the morning) = Happy Feet

like Keanu Reeves could rub that into my feet, I would buy stock in both
Am interested in trying the Gehwol cream, though. Off to check into it now. |

Ah yes, now THAT would be nice wouldn't it! Him or maybe Matt Damon.... Hmmm... decisions decisions... :P
Re: Gehwol. I'm currently using the Refreshing Balm which is very good but I prefer the "Gehwol Foot Balm for Dry and Rough Skin". I recall that I couldn't find it on here though.... But the Refreshing Balm is great for day use!

You're right Mabsy,
The Ahava is great for nite time use, I put a nice pair of cotton socks on right after and my feet feel so moisturized by the morning.
As for cream, does anyone have any recommendations for a good hand cream? I have dry skin and don't know if SPF would be useful in a hand cream since the sun breaks down collegan. I have grandma hands! |

As far as hand cream goes, I would recommend the Jurlique Rose Hand Cream or the Ahava one. I prefer the smell of the Jurlique
Neither of these have SPF though I still haven't found an SPF hand cream that I can honestly say I would stick with *sigh*
Would love to hear some recommendations also! |
