I suggest dry skin brushing.
I've never tried Tendskin. Some people prefer the homemade version. I think it's an individual call.
Dry skin brushing works for me but I need to do it 1x a day for a couple of weeks.

Cinyrella,
You buy a natural bristle brush for the purpose. There are many kinds. The most common is something that looks like a bath brush w/ a detatchable wooden handle.
You brush your skin in a circular motion moving up your legs, up your arms, then when you get to your torso it's back and forth around the abdomen, down from shoulders and the back whatever way you can get to it..(I'm sure there's a perfect formula, anyone feel free to chime in.)
You get a glow from this and I think that it actually can firm skin. I never can keep it up religiously so I can't tell you.
Do this on DRY skin BEFORE bathing.
It's got to be one of the healthiest things to do along with improving your looks AND it's almost free.
Just remember NO WET BRUSHING and best before a bath but you can brush and then wipe off with a towel instead of bathing.hth |

I would also suggest exfoliating with a loofah -- you can even get one on a stick! These things have worked wonders for me, they even help clear up breakouts on your back! |

I too would recommend body brushing, I do it every day in the morning, wakes me up, gets the circulation going.
I use tend skin and it works for me |

I'd also recommend dry body brushing or regularly exfoliating in the shower at least (loofah or a scrub with glycolic acid) and then moisturising. You should see results in a couple of weeks. |

try using a pumus stone.
i wax my arms and legs and when the hair starts to grow back i tend to get ingrown hairs.
i use the pumus stone in the shower when i'm lathered up almost everyday. i find that it opens up the pores. |
