I am looking for an I-liner that will not make my eyes water when I use it inside the rims of my lashes.
Can you suggest one? |

My eyes are so sensitive that I cannot line my water line.
I find tubing mascara good for contacts/sensitive eyes as it does not flake.
I like Blinc tubing mascara. I have the purple shade on the way from EDS.
