Hi everyone,
I'm 37 and noticing a rapid decline in my jawline
I'm investigating what treatments help with this. These are the ones I'm considering:
- Filler in cheeks to create lift
- Nefertiti neck lift (botox in neck muscles which creates lift)
- Ultra Lift (ultrasound on facial muscles to tighten them)
Wondering what non-surgical procedures any of you may have tried, and to what success? |

Hi Violetlight
When you say you notice a rapid decline in your jawline – have you ruled out medical possibilities? Sometime with jawline for example, the lymphatic system can be the issue (not only in puffy eyes, but the jawline too) and at 37 you are still quite young.
Now with jowls – have you thought about facial exercises? I know the surgical procedure seem a fast fix but they are usually expensive and require downtime and sometimes immediately after having them you can look worse for wear.
With jowls, the muscles need to be strengthened so they don’t sag. Facial exercises are quick and easy and help everyone look better and they don’t take ages. I’m thinking maybe starting out with something like Ageless (which really builds the face) as a starter may be a good intro and they don’t take long to do.

Thanks for your reply Tessie!
Actually, none of the treatments I listed require any recovery time... That's why I'm considering them
I've been doing facial exercises for four months but not seeing much improvement... |

Do some research as I have had friends have some of those and they did need recovery time despite the so called marketing. Also a friend had cheek implants last year (despite my warning her) and she has seen some really strange things happening to her face since then so its really important to be cautious and do research about whatever procedure you are considering, because sometimes they are marketed in a way that makes you think they don't need downtime, but as soon as you look online you will quickly find different views.
Great re exercises, which ones? |
