Hi fellow skin care enthusiasts!
I hope that you are well and safe. Thank you to every single essential worker out there, truly thank you!
I have a new focus to entertain myself during all my home time and it's something that I have wanted to do for a while... amp up my neck and jowl strengthening.
After carefully pursuing weighted neck exercises for about a month, I am EXCITED to continue and see potential results. No photos yet. I'll just say that I wish that I had worked a little harder in recent years on my neck and jowl exercises. I guess that I was busy working on my forehead LOL. You know how it is.
Neck exercises support neck and general health, improve quality of life and may refine your facial profile. It is never too late to strengthen muscle atrophy, it does take commitment and effort.
Read about the platysma and other neck muscles in this article that I recently published:

Take good care of yourselves!

Thank you for sharing, me too
I believe that with exercise and skin remodeling (based on good health) we can improve conditions. Our platysma muscle sags if it is not exercised. Once I began seriously exercising my neck muscles, I could actually feel my platysma start to hug my neck a little closer |
