Yes I'm trying to get in these things into my skincare routine. ceramides, peptides, and niacinamide
Currently I do this:
PM double oil cleanse, NAAP from NIod, which is a sensitive skin exfoliator, niacinamide 10%, Elizabeth Arden youth restorative serum capsules with retinyl palmitate and then shea butter.
AM is the double oil cleanse, niacinamide and moisturizer and sunscreen.
Two questions:
They say to put retinol before other serums so that it can penetrate, but if it has dimethicone, won't that seal stuff in so that the others can't get in?
also, I live in teh desert and a lot of these have glycerin and humectants, so I thought I should have my face damp before them so they don't dry my skin out but would i have to wait 1 minute between each serum and then spritz my face again with water between each product, including my moisturizer?
The new products I want to do eventually are this and I would love a new routine:
centella asiatica serum, eternal youth elixor and an antioxidant serum. And not use the niacinamide (because it's in the other), nor the Elizabeth Arden (because it's in the other), How would you order those serums?
God bless those who take the time. They are lots of questions. My head is toggling wtih them all! |

That's a great decision. I am trying to change my skincare routine right now. I plan on adding moisturizing to my skin and picking up products. I'm not familiar with the ones you listed, so I'm going to check them out for reviews. |
