Hi Redhead!
The only product I have used from DDF is the DDF 10% Glycolic Pads every evening after cleansing and toning. They were highly recommended by Dr. Denese in her book, "Dr. Denese's Secrets for Ageless Skin." Dr. Denese believes that cleansing/toning alone is not enough exfoliation and that at least a strength of 10% glycolic should be used once daily. So far the pads have been working fine, a slight tingling sensation after using, but no irritation (and I have sensitive, fair, oil, acne-prone skin). |

I like the DDF Glycolic Pads too. I have their Benzoyl Peroxide Gel 10% & Sulfur 3% that I use as a spot treatment. I also have 2 of their sunblocks, Matte Finish Photo-Age Protection, SPF 30 and Sport Proof Sunscreen, SPF 30. I'm using DDF Nourishing Eye Cream right now and I like it just fine but I will probably try something else next just because there are so many products with great reviews.
Years ago I used their Wash Off Cleanser and Aloe Cort Cream. My skin used to be a lot more sensitive and the Aloe Cort helped but I don't like the idea of using hydrocortisone all the time. |

I was thinking about getting the the matte sunscreen for summer. It is really humid where I live and I heard it works well in humidity. What do you think about it? |

well since this post Iam no longer using the DDF line-It was much to strong for my skin-Even though I have t-zone combo it is sensitive-I went back to Yonka and have seen amazing results in just 2 weeks-It may work for some people but the only thing that i kept was the sulpher mask and I only use that as a spot treat when needed |

i am using the ddf 10% glycolic toner. it is very strong, so you have to build tolerance to the acid by diluting it in the beginning. otherwise, your face will be burning and red. But it is one of the best toners I have used, your face feels very clean and refreshed after using it. best of all, there are no fragrance nor dyes in it.
i also use the ddf sulfur mask, it is also a very very good product. it shrinks your pre-existing pimples and i see less pimples popping out of my face. |

faith, I have used the Matte Finish Photo-Age Protection and I didn't think it was "matte" at all. I live in very humid Florida. Yuck. |

Thanks That's what I needed to know. Have you found a product that works well in humidity? |

Yep, I have had good results with it. I have never tried the DDF pads before though so I cannot compare. I use the MD skincare ones every other day. I have a tendancy to have dry skin, especially in winter, I can't use it every day. It purged my skin a little in the beginning, but since it cleared up I haven't had any problems. The Avon one is getting good feedback on here also. although I haven't tried it. |
