I have very pale/grey looking skin and would like to add a a bit of colour to it safely, i was thinking of using carotenoids, i was planning on taking astaxanthin 12mg(red carotenoid), 50mg lycopene(red carotenoid) and 25mg beta carotene(yellow/orange carotenoid) . It was either this or canthaxanthin but i have heard that can build up and form crystals in the retina so this option seems safer. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with this? I don't want to use fake tan or risk skin damage with sunbeds.
Thanks |
