Sorry for my delay in responding but I just saw your question. I'm in the USA and have been ordering from ADC (All Day Chemist) for over a decade now. The site and service has improved greatly over that time. I have no doubt they ship to Canada since they service countries over the globe.
Shipping can be costly ($15 $25US) so I make larger orders spaced farther apart. If you join the mailing list, special shipping specials occur occasionally but unpredictably.
