Any ideas for reducing fat pockets on the top of the cheekbones below eyes?I have some swelling from a sinus infection and those areas are more pronounced these days. Tried my Baby Q there but not much progress yet.
Has anyone used a jade roller or something like that with success? |

Hi Annie, it sounds more like water retention, I have had that, which looked like a fat pad under the under eye area and top part of the cheek and what worked best for me was the basic lymphatic massages. |

I'll look that up! Thats what I kind of think it is too.
I bought a jade roller to use, when I remember haha.
Thanks so much! |

Oh, I completely get the battle against those annoying fat pockets! Giving swelling time to go down after the sinus infection is crucial when dealing with it. Although jade rollers can be relaxing, it's possible that they don't specifically work to reduce fat. A friend of mine tried microneedling in Toronto and has got reasonably good results. |

Ill try that! I have a micro-needler so Ill see if that helps
They did reduce some after my sinus infection went down but my sinuses have been so bad lately!
Thanks everyone! |

You can use microcurrents or ultrasound to help with drainage. |
