I recently singed off my eyelashes and brows starting the barbeque, they were very stubby and looked awful with mascara. It just seemed to emphasize how short they were.
After searching this forum, I located a salon that does lash extensions and I LOVE THEM!!!!!!
It took her quite a while to attach since my own lashes were sooooo short but they are great, I have only lost one and I don't need mascara, just a bit of eyeshadow.
I also had restalyne injected in my lips. Lot's of bruising and they feel lumpy on the inside but they are fluffy and fuller, not too exagerated at all. Kind of expensive but cheaper than therapy! Thanks for this great site. |

Hi Celeste. Got them last week at Pure Beauty in Huntington Beach. Not painful, she paper taped my lower eyelash and while I had my eyes closed, she attached one by one single lashes to the base of my existing lashes.
Very relaxing, I almost fell asleep. I shower everyday with them and since I only wear clinique creme shadow, which is waterproof, I never scrub my eyes to remove shadow. I pat them dry and touch up once in a while with a lash curler. They look totally natural! I'm addicted!!!! |
