I have some hereditary red bumps on the backs of my upper arms..my arms look fine sometimes but other times they look pretty red....i've had them all my life. other people in my family have it as well. so my question is ..is there any products that would be good to use on my arms? I have very sensitive skin so if that helps im all ears..I have pictures of my arm...too bad it isnt the best lighting..

It is called keratosis pilaris. There is a good article about it on dermadoctor.com. You can read it here:

I exfoliate regularly in the shower and apply moisturizer immediately after shower. This routine has helped diminish my arm bumps by 90%. I still have some on my legs though. Some people have luck with aha or bha treatment as well. You just have to experiment to find out what works for you.
Good luck! |

I can't see them clearly from the pictures you posted but from the sounds of things I get something similar on my thighs.
Exfoliation, dry body brushing, moisturising, AHA scrubs/washes seem to help a lot with these. I'm not saying you should do all those things but you should exfoliate somehow (body brushing, scrub, AHAs; whatever your choice is) and then make sure that you moisturise well. |
