I am a bit confused about what face product to buy for my face.I am 42 years old and used to have oily skin but mow I have a slightly dry skin.I want a product to make my skin a bit smoother and firmer especially around my eyes nad my nose to mouth. I need a night cream and a day cream with sun protection. I have been advised Benev Redoxa Dermal repair. I also don't know whether to go for Skinceutical serum or cellec-c or Etc? I use Strivectin and didn't do anything> |

I'm usually an advocate for natural and organic skin-care, but I suggest you use Renova (a retin-a cream) at night (you will peel the first two weeks, then get baby-skin). If you prefer milder and more natural treatment, try dr. Hauschka's rythmic night capsules ($$$ though...)
During the day, try Jurlique Herbal Recovery gel and Jurlique eye gel (natural/organic and not oily). Dr. Hauschka has a great Rose firming mask that you can use as a treat once in a while.(I use it to plump my lips!) To top off, Jane Iredale has great foundations that have skincare, sun-protection and minerals in them!
Good luck!

Than Boyd, you ought to try the Elizabeth Grant line. Am/Pm serums this is all you need. If you want 24 hr hydration, you'll get it and in my opinion, is the finest skin care around. |

If you have slightly dry skin then I would suggest that you go with the Vivier vitamin C serum as opposed to the Cellex-C or the Skinceuticals. It doesn't feel as drying and doesn't leave your face feeling as tight (I had that problem with SC and Cellex-C until I apply moisturiser). |
