Hello everyone. I am a newbie here though I have been lurking for a while, soaking up lots of information! I would like to say how useful I have found this reviews forum so I thought I would add some of my own, hope that's ok!
I recently purchased my first Jane Iredale items. I have been using BE for the last year and a half but I have never got on with Bisque/Summer Bisque as a concealor so I got the JI Disappear Camouflage cream in medium light (I am a 2/2.3 in BE). I have never really found a concealor I like as I usually find them too greasy or cakey so they tend to look really obvious. I get regular break-outs plus I have lots of old acne scares so I have plenty to hide. I have found this concealor excellent! It really disguises blemishes and marks without highlighting them or making them more obvious - it lasts all day too. I apply it very lightly with my BE max coverage concealor brush and soften the edges to blend it in. Some marks take a couple of coats but this is easy to build up while staying natural. I am ever so pleased and this has convinced me to try further items in the line.
I also ordered the blusher in sheer honey, which on me is a lovely natural flush of colour. Probably the most natural blusher I have ever owned.
I have now ordered some more items from JI and I am looking forward to playing with them! |

Thanks for the welcomes! rzecka, I put a big order in with EDS on Wednesday last week and it arrived this morning (plus no customs charges which I am very pleased about)! Most of the uk based distributors are very expensive (good old rip off Britain!). I have also ordered from aesthetique-online as they were a cheaper UK based supplier but was only one day faster than the EDS order and was slightly more expensive. HTH |

Yep, the prices they charge here in the UK make me so . EDS is brilliant (especially the super dooper fast shipping) and normally I'd order from EDS but I found ebay to be the cheapest place for JI. I think I bought the pressed powder for about $25 whereas it costs £39 here. After reading your review of the concealer, I think it may be time to place another order
*edited to add when I said it costs £39 here, I meant here as in the UK not here as in EDS in case anyone wondered |

Hi Catnip - You have reminded me that I have been trying to get hold of some catnip for our Josie * spam * Cat, can only seem to get catgrass
Every time I hear all these wonderful reviews of Jane Iredale, I am tempted even more, I think I will be tempted to buy some blush
I second ripoff Britain but it's only becaause the Dollar is so weak against the pound at the moment, I remember about 5 years ago when the Dollar was so much stronger that you did not get as much discount over in the States.
And don't even mention the Euro |

I love the Jane Iredale Blush (and also love their pressed makeup). I buy the blush in Dubonett - lovely natural shade for my pale skin. Sadly, I was silly enough to put the blush in my suitcase, rather than my carry-on, and when I arrived in SD it (blush, fortunately not suitcase) was in pieces! |

Mabsy, thanks for sharing this. I'll be travelling next week and will make sure all my JI products are in my hand carry! |
