I have tried both. The Skin Hydrating Mask is nice, but not spectacular. If you have normal skin, you will probably love it. I have normal/dry skin and was looking for a little more moisture.
The Ultra Calming Cleanser is INCREDIBLE. So gentle, yet takes off all kinds of make-up. IT left my skin soft, not dry-feeling, and clean. I also noticed that some of the redness I get in my cheeks was "calmed".
I recommend the cleanser.....but wouldn't spend the extra money for the mask.

I agree with mom2tommax, the mask is nice but if you're looking for a real moisture boost, I would go for something different (I recommend Thalgo's Hydrating Mask). The cleanser, however, is great. I've been through a few bottles of it now and I'm yet to find something that is as effective at taking off my makeup, soothing my skin and it doesn't cause me to break out or anything like that. |
