Hi,

I am new here, and have a question about JI Circle Delete. I have a combination of olive oil complexion/fair, and don't know which
Circle Delete should I purchase.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanx.

P.S. Love this forum....

I just started using and #1 is for me, I am fair as well with freckles and a yellow undertone, the great thing about the Circle delete is that you can blend the 2 colors together if 1 side is too dark or too light, from what the derm told me, she said to use the lighter under the eyes and places where you would want to highlight and the darker, I use in my spots were I get some redness from my mild rosacea!! Hope this helps..

P.S. I love this forum as well, you will be addicted and broke after a couple of days of reading!!BEWARE Laughing

Thanks ayasmom.

I forgot to mention that my circles underneath the eye
are very dark. I am currently using Laura
Mercier concealer #3.

BTW, I am already addicted to the site. And I know I will be broke soon... sigh... What
can one do?!!

I use the #2 and I wear the loose powder in warm sienna if that helps at all. The word peach made me scared to purchase it, but it really does neutralize those dark circles!!

Thanks lianne,

OK, it seems that it is either no 1 or no 2.
You are right, the word "peach" scares
me as my face is more yellow than pink.

I'm very golden too and it freaked me out but Lolli purchased the #2 and liked it so I got it too! The one colour is quite peachy which is good for hiding the blue circles and any broken veins around your nose etc. The other colour is a light colour, which I use at the bottom of the circles (over the peachy one) to sorta blend it all together.

Works quite well for me Very Happy

I have a light olive complextion with pink undertones. CD #2 is the right color for me. Thought I would mention this as you said you are fair/olive.

I'd go with #1, it is very natural, and has more yellow undertones (which is better if you have olive toned skin, like me Very Happy ).

It comes devided into two colors so you can mix and match as summer comes along, it is the best under-eye concealer I've ever used!

One of the colors in #1 is very light and more beigey, the other one is warmer and more yellow.

Good luck Wink

Check your local skin care salons to see if they sell JI products. It would be great if you could be color matched first. Good luck.. Very Happy

Hi! I use Circle Delete #2 - am quite blue under the eyes and fair, in JI I use Satin or Warm Silk in Bare Escentuals I use 1.2 and 2 together, all shades are second fairest in their families. The light colour in the #2 pot is fairly light and the peach colour is not pink at all, like Lianne says, it's more golden and really works at neutralizing blue. If you don't have a lot of blue, I would go with #1 because the golden tone would not neutralize brown under the eyes, in my opinion. Smile

Thanks Winnie, happyhippie and Lolli.
I'll see if there are local stores that sell
JI.

What possible stores sell JI? I live in Houston.

Lolli, you are a genius! Just like you I use JI in Warm Silk or BE in 1.2 and 2 mixed together, so when I got my Circle Delete #2 I was expecting HG material. But there were tears when I got it because it was worse than awful and provided no coverage whatsover. But now I've read your post its so obvious - its cos my dark circles are not blue Rolling Eyes

So, the moral of the story is: if your dark circles are brown or black don't go for #2!

Oh Rzecka! I know that feeling of disappointment when you order and it doesn't work out! I got mine fromwww.skin-etc.com and they don't take returns, I don't think EDS does either but a lot places will take it back.

It's especially disappointing when what doesn't work out is expensive to boot. Sad

Thanks Lolli. I actually bought it from a US ebay seller so I can't give it back but at least I only paid half of what it costs over here so it's not all bad Razz
