I read about this company in the New Beauty blog last month and contacted the company to see which of these masks would be good for me. They have great customer service and the woman that I spoke with offered to send me samples to try. I received a sample of the I need to be firm, I need to tame, I need to open my eyes, and 2 of the I need damage control that I have not used yet. These are all sheet masks.
The I want to be firm is nice and cooling, but I did not notice any firming effect after I took the mask off, though it did leave my skin nice and soft. I don't know if long term use would make a difference in the firming or not.
The I need to tame is very nice and upon removal had taken the redness right out of my face. It also was very soothing to my skin.
The I need to open my eyes is my absolute favorite. I have never used the patches under the eyes before, but when I removed this product I had no lines. All the wrinkles were totally gone. Unfortunately this lasted all of 5 minutes. Regardless this is the first product to ever get completely rid of my wrinkles for even a short time and it was thrilling seeing young, wrinkle free-eyes looking back at me.
website in case anyone wants to check the masks out. http://www.myfaceworks.com/product.php |

I have a sample of their masks here too
Got it in a cosmetics sampler a few months ago.
I think it would be better if their site you could buy the masks individually instead of a box of 5 or 6 of the same one (which is kind of expensive ),well maybe?
I have not tried their mask yet, am waiting for my skin to settle down abit. |

The I need to open my eyes patch sounds interesting. Too bad the results only lasted 5 minutes! Maybe with continued usage, the effects could be cumulative??
Or, maybe just wishful thinking??
Anyway, thanks for the report! |

I would have purchased the eye mask in a flash if the results had lasted longer. I cannot tell you how it felt to look in the mirror and see no wrinkles around my eyes. I would love to find something like this that would last at least 8 hours! |

I just got an email from the company. They will be featured in Lucky magazine in the September issue under the "Lucky breaks", and will be giving out 364 boxes of VITAMIN C- I need to wake up mask. So anyone who is interested can enter. In the email I was also reminded that one needs to use these as a regular routine to see the results. So, that said, I am ordering the eye masks and I'll see if they give a cumulative effect. I'll report back after I receive them and have been using them a while! |

Thanks for the heads up! I might purchase some of the eye masks and see how it goes as well. |

Just received my eye masks and will start using these twice a week. I will report back in 1 month if there is any difference in under eye wrinkles and/or if the results are lasting. |

Yes, I have received numerous full size samples, and this time I got a sample of their most expensive mask the "i need the works". It is a crystal fiber mask, not a regular sheet mask like the rest of them. Anyway, that mask really conforms to your face. It was really interesting and different from their regular masks. They have great customer service, so just send them an email. |

Wow!
Really good service.
But I suppose they won't send samples oversea.
So I may try to bid the samples somewhere for a try |

Have you tried this mask? How long does the effect last? |

I tried my sample of the "i need the works" mask last week. I got a nice glow afterward and very soft skin. Hmm, not sure how long that effect lasted as I used the mask in the morning and slapped on my sunscreen! I am definitely not a mask expert, Russiansunshine. I have not used many masks, but I thought this one was so neat in the fact that it totally conformed to my skin whereas the regular sheet masks don't really fit and I have to adjust them a lot, if that makes any sense! |

i often wonder if masks really do much for my skin. The effect doesn't seem to last long for me. |

I think it depends on the mask.
I did see some permanent results with using the Mario Badescu whitening mask.
I had some darker blemish marks and after a few uses they were not noticeable and easier to conceal.
Not I just have 1 tiny spot when before I had 4 darker spots on one cheek and it really annoyed me.
The mask also smoothed out my skin.
So I'm very happy with that product.
wish it was cheaper though. |
