I was reading another thread the other day regarding mineral makeup and someone mentioned Pure Luxe cosmetics. I went on their website and was on there for a couple of hours. I came across a product called Line Eraser.
This is how they describe the Line Eraser:
"Have you ever wished for a "magical" product that would erase large pores, "experience" lines (I like to call wrinkles experience lines!) and leave your skin feeling like silk! WISH NO MORE! After months of formulating, I have captured magic in a jar! This gel/cream base acts like a soft-focus diffuser. Think of "Glamour Shots" in a jar! ERASER will soften the look of lines, large pores, and produce an all-over effect of perfect skin. This product applies like a creamy gel, then instantly dries to a soft, silky powder. You have never felt anything so luxurious! I promise, one try, and you WILL be hooked! Lightly shaded. This is the only item in my line that is not 100% mineral. The base is a silicone derrivitive that is cosmetic grade, and very gentle on your skin. Also includes vitamin E for skin repair."
Got that off their website. they also have these color correctors and depending on the probelm they add a powder to the eraser to not only do what the eraser does but also help correct certain problem. This is where What Red? comes in. I bought a sample for $2.50 and recieved 2 days ago. What Red? - Light mint green cream. Evens out intense redness or ruddy areas to normalize skintone. Perfect corrector for rosacea and acne.
After my sunblock, I dabbed a little on my cheeks (where I get the redness) and it filled in my pores making them almost invisible and also completely calmed down the redness. I applied my Jane Iredale afterwards and WOW!!!
I had flawless skin. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin I can barely contain myself. I can't help but keep looking in the mirror every few hours. I have had problems with my pores and have tried it all.
The correctors also come in a powder and from the other reviews you apply a little powder before foundation and afterwwrds and it is supposed to give more coverage. I also ordered some of the powder but have not received yet. I am going on the webiste and ordering myself a BIG JAR of the What Red Eraser? This stuff is awesome. The trick is not to spread like a cream but to pat it down with your fingers until it blends in.
I love the fact you can order samples of everything in her line. I am a make-up addict too, and they have the most beautiful mineral eye shadows and also can get samples for $1.00 |

Glad to hear you're loving Pure Luxe. Yes, Christine is a doll and has great producs, the Line Eraser and What Red being two of her best sellers.
She does have lovely colors for eyes and cheeks too. Her ultimate liners stay all day.
I love the Liner Eraser. Really does the trick. It's like soft lighting in a jar!!!
I think its great that the smaller one-woman operations are getting a voice in the MMU world along with the giants like BE and JI. They really are fantastic artisans with some outstanding products, and they really cater to what the customer wants!!!!
