Is it ok if I put a cream on top of the Alphaderma product because on its own it really does nothing to moisturize and my skin needs some moisture badly. I feel that if I want the Alphaderma to work well I need to let it sit alone on my skin but my skin feels so tight and dry. What do you think? Thanks in advance... |

Do you use the Mineral Prep under AlphaDermaCE? Even if you do not use the Prep, you can put any moisturizer you love over AlphaDermaCE. When using the Mineral Prep: Prep (let absorb), AlphaDermaCE, moisturizer.
AlphaDermaCE does not lose its effectiveness at all when you use a moisturizer. The one very important thing is to put the AlphaDermaCE on and absorb before the moisturizer. Hope this helps.

Incidentally, my mum has very dry skin and she uses the Prep gel and ADCE over the top and does not need any other moisturiser over the top (at least she didn't in summer, we'll see how winter goes). From that I gather that the prep gel has some pretty good moisturising properties |
