Any experiences with this line?
I got the Calendula Baby Oil for my face and I like it a lot. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Skin Food or anything else.
It gets really good reviews on MUA.
Thanks,
Ali |

Not skincare but I love their Sage deoderant.
I have used their Iris cleansing milk and I did like it but not enough to repurchase.

LOVE this stuff! Well, I have only used two of their products, but I love them both. Right now I use the Iris cleansing lotion at night and the Rosemary hair oil when I wash my hair. They are both superb and very moderately priced. I purchased them at my health food store(The Vitaman Shoppe)after hearing about them on this forum. I would like to get more products, but am having a hard time finding them. |

I too have tried the Iris Cleansing Lotion, I used this over Christmas when I had a really bad bout of acne and it really soothed and calmed the area. Since I have been using Carekate's homemade stuff, I have deviated somehow.
My mother-in-law has dry sensitive skin and she won't use anything else, there has also been a definate improvement for her, her redness has gone and complexion has really evened up.
I also noticed that the ingredients in Weleda products are very similar to those in Dr Hauschka products.
Have also tried the Calendula toothpaste which is good although seems to turns to water in the mouth. I think I will have to try some more of this range
For the price I really do think you get value for money, especially as Weleda is Holistic and everything comes packaged in glass not cheap plastic. |

I went to a site called Saffron-Rouge and found more Weleda products.... They have trial sizes which was very cool. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the ones I really wanted so I ordered some Dr H instead!! |

Two of my favourite Weleda products are the Iris soap (best on Earth, IMO!) and the divine Sea Buckthorn body oil, which absorbs within seconds and smells faintly of citrus.
I just picked up the Rose deodorant and am liking that alot as well.
The Skin Food creme is EXTREMELY thick, hard to absorb and unusual smelling. Be warned... you might wish to try the Everon face balm first. |
