Drink lots of water, vitamin/mineral supplements, eat well, always smile 
What I love to do is sit down to a good film and rub oil all over my feet and hands then let it sink in. |

smiling is BAD - gives you wrinkles! Look at those models never smiling and wrinkle free  |

Whahaha . Some models look like dead bodys, yes that is true, but not only models, mostly I see people here in the Netherlands who looks worse than the models, I mean they look at you like they are gonna eat you, or something  . |
