Bad Bird ...Ingredients finally!

Thanks to Rosebud (who directed me to makeup alley), I was able to secure a list of ingredients for Avene Gel Creme SPF 20. Here it is:

Full ingredients list: thermal spring water, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, cyclomethicone, water, methylene bis-benzotriazoly tetramethylbutylphenol, ethylehxyl palmitate, c12-15 alkyl benzoate, glyceryl stearate, potassium cetyl phosphate, butyparaben, c13-14 isparaffin, cucurbita pepo, decyl glucoside, dimethicone, ethylparaben, fragrance, green 3, isobutylparaben, laureth-7, magnesium aluminium silicate, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, polyacrylamide, propylparaben, titanium dioxide, tocopheryl acetate, tribehenin, tri-methoxycapylysilane, xanthan gum, zinc oxide.

Okay....will these ingredients interfere with my Alphaderma CE regimine? I will greatly appreciate your prompt response, as I am anxious to finally make a sunscreen purchase!!!

I never realized how difficult this could be!

Hi Jessica!

Wow! Now I know Avene does a Gel! Thanks to Rosebud for directing us to the link for the ingredients.

It seems that the Gel only uses Tinosorb M. Don't worry about the OMC here because Tinosorb has a stabilising effect on other actives.

I don't see any problem with incorporating the Gel into your ADCE regime. I hope that the Gel texture is light enough for you. Smile
