Was browsing the Decleor counter at a dept. store yesterday and decided it was about time I started thinking about using the Aromessence Iris and the Iris Balm. I asked for a sample of the products and was told that the Iris range was for people over the age of 40.
I can't imagine it would do any harm to my skin to start using it now, or would it?
The Decleor website does say that if you are trying to treat the first signs of ageing you should use the Vitaroma Wrinkle Prevention and Radiance Face Emulsion in conjunction with the Aromessence Neroli.
Anybody out there under the age of 40 who is using the Iris range? Is it a waste of time and money to use the products until your skin is truly mature and is showing visible ageing or do they work in a preventative way? |

Just in case anybody is interested, this is the response I got from Decleor regarding the age issue and their Iris products:
The Aromessence Iris and Balm are recommended for a 45+ age group, as they contain anti-ageing ingredients, especially for this age group. However, if you are younger and concerned with ageing you can use them for one month, 3 to 4 times per year as a preventative measure, however this is if you have no other skin concerns. |
