Let me start by saying that I never wear makeup and hate the feeling of it on my skin...however as I get older I feel like I could use alittle coverage so I have been using some
I have a foundation and blush from this line. The foundation is really thin and dewy, not cakey, very light and sheer (not too much coverage, just right for me). Now the blush I love It is a cream/liquid blush that I put everywhere...cheeks/eyes/lips Sooo simple! Just gives a hint of color and makes me look sort of done up but not over the top |

I agree! These touchpad blushes are fabulous! It's like an ink pad, filled with a sheer wash of color. I have two shades....one is a sheer apricot and the other is a light rosey color. Very easy to apply and blend, feels nice and looks natural.
I have dry skin, so I do prefer a cream or liquid blush, instead of powder, but this would probably work well with all skin types. It's so sheer, and light. |

cbrooke you talked me into it How could I resist when I was in Walgreen's today and it was $2 off?
I got the Bare Pink color. It's quite sheer with a subtle irridescence. I can see how it could be used all over the face because of the sheerness. I'm not sure yet if I like it because of the pearly quality.
I'm still on the eternal hunt for a blush that looks totally natural on me. Maybe I should just give up and pinch my cheeks every 5 minutes! |

I'm sorry you don't like the "pearly factor", guess that is why I like it not at all cakey or powdery (already use a mineral powder/foundation and that is enough powder finish for me)....but at least it is inexpensive and was on sale |

Hi cbrooke - I'll use this up one way or another. Actually, I was thinking of using it on my eyelids which, along with my lips, is one area on my face that I'll wear irridescent/sparkly stuff . A couple of years ago, Almay made some big fat pencils for multiple uses. I loved the Mocha color (actually kinda frosty peachy rosy beige if that makes sense ) to use as a lip liner under my standbys, Laura Mercier Baby Lips and Bare Lips. Of course, it was discontinued I still have a stub of it left and I'm also on an eternal hunt to find a replacement. Underneath non-frosted lipstick, it just creates a glow and actually makes my lips look fuller. It even looks great alone. |
