Like the Prevage, I know this a product that doesn't always yeild immediate results. It sure is a lot cheaper than the latter, tho.
Just curious if people are still using. I did a search and it seems this was a staple for many around a year ago.
Thanks! |

I've been using Skinbio CPs for 5 years or so with breaks for other experiments. 'Graduated' to Supercopx2 a few months ago. Been testing this on one half of my face at night and believe I am seeing marked improvements in hyperpigmentation and wrinkles, but I've been waiting to review because I don't want to encourage people to all jump up and buy it without some definite justification. Supercop is not a pleasant product to use and results are slow. M |

Thanks Molly....when you say not pleasant, are you referring to the texture of the product itself, or the immediate effects?
Sorry to bother~ |

Texture and colour. Supercopx2 doesn't rub in well. I use another cp moisturiser first so that it goes on a bit better and even then you get grubby green/blue patches on your face. It also tingles to itches. This is just Supercop x 2 I find their lighter products pleasant to use.
BTW you're not bothering me. I like to talk CPs. though I should be packing. |

I listed "sensitive" in my signature, but really, unpreductable is a better term. My skin reacts to stress, I think, moreso than what I put on it. I've used quite a number of products now and been fine with most.
That being the case, what would you recommend a CP rookie use? I notice puredeming has a small size for @8 bucks. Any suggestions?
(I've got no business adding another product to my extensive collection but....it seems I have somewhat of a problem! Can't stop....) thanks! |

CPs are good/healing for sensitive skin conditions of all kinds - roscea, eczema etc, etc, etc, so I would recommend it, but not the strong stuff. I stick with Skinbio because he's the inventor, he knows his stuff and it's reasonably priced. Some of these other CP brands are, I understand, ineffectual. With sensitive skin I'd go for Skinbio's Protect&Restore Classic or their Copper peptide serum. |

Ajax,
I'd have to agree with Molly's suggestion of cp serum & protect and restore. Though I like the serum better.
I've been using cps for 1 and 3/4 and yes the results are slow but healthier looking skin is pretty immediate with use. Firming and wrinkle reduction take time though. |

I second what everyone has said. I've used the serum fromwww.puredeming.com on and off since February. It soothes my skin when it's irritated, but the blue colour sticks to any dry skin, which is usually hand in hand with irritation for me. So, I don't use it all the time. For a couple weeks I diluted it with hylauronic serum so the blue wasn't even noticeable in the solution and that seemed to work well but I question it's effectivity if it's so diluted. My skin is also sensitive and I stay away from any Skinbio products with camphor and other irritants on my face. |

I think I have been using CP serum for 8 months? I had the supercop x2, but it didn't seem to be doing anything for me.
My skin was pretty good to start with, so any changes are going to be small, but I think that it is maintaining my skin. That said, the nasty acid burn I got last year has started surfacing, so I guess that something is happening!
It is also so cheap, that I cannot justify not using it really!
The puredeming CP is made by skin bio, but I think that uk users may want to get it from dianayvonne as the postage is much cheaper |

oooohh, Canadian and European sites, cool! So few US companies care to set up distribution outside the country. I understand little companies not doing it and am quite surprised Skin Bio has taken the plunge!
Liz is so right, it's really reasonably priced and even though right now it's not a staple in my regime, I will always have it around. This spring my hubby got a sunburn on his forehead and the Skin Bio soothed and helped heal him up quickly. |
